RamblinAround – Hot Rods, Muscle Cars, Race Cars, and Classics

This is just a short video I threw together for fun. It’s sort of a channel trailer I guess. I just put some interesting clips together from the past few years. We have driven some pretty awesome machines over the years and this is just a small sample. There are a couple of supercharged cars, one turbocharged monster, some drag cars, and more. Even tossed in a clip of Jordan doing some shooting with his Mossberg. Anyway, hopefully you find it interesting…thanks for watching!

V8 Engine Block Coffee Table with LED Lighting

Jordan has been tinkering around in the garage again and once again, he came up with something pretty cool. I thought you’d like a look at this V8 Engine Block Table. He utilized the original 305 block from his Trans Am and even used some of the internals to hold up the top. He cleaned and painted the block, clear coated the inside of the cylinders, and installed bright blue LED lighting. The lights run off a battery pack, so it doesn’t need to be plugged in to an outlet. He used the connecting rods, pistons, and roller rocker “spider”, to hold the two sheets of dark tinted glass in place. I think it really turned out great, hopefully you can appreciate it too. Thanks for watching, we appreciate it!

Pontiac Trans Am Burnouts – Lopey Cammed V8

The weather was great, so Jordan decided to take the Trans Am for a little spin…and a couple burnouts. He’s about to buy some new tires, so he wasn’t too worried about laying down some rubber. He also made a cardboard stencil and sprayed the Goodyear lettering on his tires, just to see what it would look like. He figured it was a good time to try it, since he’ll be done with these tires soon. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching!

Third Gen Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Burnouts Flyby high speed

Pontiac Trans Am Burnout and High-speed Flybys

Jordan switched out the glasspack mufflers, for some Cherry Bomb Extremes yesterday. He decided to take it out for a little spin and see how it sounds. We figured we’d shoot an idle clip, a burnout, and some high-speed flybys… so you could get a good idea of the overall sound. We hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching!

Custom 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda Show Car – Supercharged 6.1 Hemi V8

I thought you might like a look at this custom 1971 Plymouth Barracuda from Manns Restoration in Festus, MO. We plan to do a full video very soon, this is just a preview. It’s powered by a 6.1 Liter Hemi V8, topped with a Magnuson MagnaCharger. This beast is pumping out north of 600 HP. All that power is being funneled through a TR6060 Six-speed manual, back to a Dana 60 Rear. It’s rolling on Billet Specialties aluminum wheels and has Wilwood disc brakes all the way around. This thing has so many custom features, that is would be difficult to list them all here. It has a custom see through hood with similar styling to the original shaker hood scoop, carbon fiber accents, full custom interior, L.E.D. lighting, aftermarket gauges, custom stereo, etc. As you can see in the video, the paint is smooth like glass and the car is just as clean underneath as it is on top. I hope you find it interesting. I never cease to be amazed by the quality of the craftsmanship at Manns. They truly have assembled an amazing team. This particular car just recently received the Builder’s Choice Award at Goodguys Lone Star Nationals in Ft. Worth, Texas. We hope to get this car out on the road for a test drive in the days ahead. Thanks for watching!

Vintage Indy Car Racing Action at Gateway Motorsports Park

I thought you might like a look at these awesome vintage Indy cars. They all get together and drive these cars, instead of letting them languish in museums. They had everything from flatheads, to normally aspirated V8’s, to Turbo Four Cam Fords. It’s just to get a glimpse at the past and hear these awesome machines roar around the track again. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look!

Custom 1936 Ford Hot Rod Pickup

Call it a rat rod, hot rod, or whatever you like, but it’s definitely cool. This custom 1936 Ford has all the tough hot rod looks, but with a few modern conveniences thrown in. It’s powered by a 350 small block Chevy V8, topped with an Edelbrock 4 BBL carb. The power is being sent through a turbo 350 automatic, back to a 9″ Ford rear with 3.27 gears. They have added disc brakes, an aluminum radiator, an electric fan, power windows, custom Jack Daniels bed floor, tinted and double laminated glass, aftermarket gauges, and even a couple auxiliary power outlets for your cell phone, GPS, etc. It fires right up and it sounds mean with those headers coming straight out the sides. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look!

This video was filmed at Passing Lane Motors in Fenton, Missouri.
