I thought you might like watching some drag racing action in the winter, so I threw this vid together. I took a bunch of Nostalgia Drags footage that we had shot earlier at Gateway Motorsports Park and put together a new mix. There are cars in here that you have seen in previous videos, but I still thought you might find it interesting. Thanks for watching!
Filmed at Gateway Motorsports Park in Madison, IL… Just outside St. Louis, MO.
We had a fun day out at Gateway Motorsports Park, just outside of St Louis, MO. It was the National Open: NHRA Sportsman Challenge event and there were tons of amazing cars and bikes out there. This is just a small bit of the drag racing action. I’ll have more videos coming up in the days ahead. I hope you find it interesting. Thanks for watching!
I thought you’d like a look at this very slick 1965 Chrysler 300L Convertible. This car is in nice, original condition. This classic car is believed to have 45,860 actual miles. This is a two owner car and the current owner has owned it since 1973. What makes this car rare is its unique options; the car has a 4-spd Hurst manual transmission, bucket seats, console tach, and automatic convertible top. Under the hood you will find a numbers matching 413 CID V8 big block engine. Other options include: AM Radio, Auto Convertible Top, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Leather Interior, and White Walls. The car is still coated in its original black paint and offers black leather interior. The soft top is white and is in great shape. There were just 440 convertibles made and just a dozen of the 4-spd bucket seat convertibles. The 413 engine was advertised at 360 HP and 470 ft-lbs of torque. Thanks for taking a look!
