Workout 9 – 100 Lbs One-handed Press, Squats, Overheads, Cycling

 

Decided to post another workout vid, because we don’t have any car videos on the hard drive right now. Jordan and I hope to go film some new one’s in the next day or two. The weather has been terrible this past week. Anyway, for those of you that have been following the workout videos, I thank you for your support. After 9 workouts, I can feel my strength beginning to come back and I’m feeling better in general. I’m excited to see what the next month brings. Thanks for watching!
