I took a trip over to Manns Restoration and Maintenance in Festus, MO on Sunday. They had their annual open house and there were plenty of great cars and great people on hand. The Manns have been repairing cars in Festus, Missouri since the 1930’s. They have received numerous world class awards for their high end restoration work. I encourage you to stop by their shop if you’re ever in the area. You find them to be very gracious and welcoming people. Their level of skill and their passion for automobiles is apparent right from the start. I hope you like my little tour of Manns, thanks for taking a look!
Gateway was nice enough to let us get real close to the action during Midnight Madness. I thought you might like to see a few burnouts and some quarter mile passes. This was the first Midnight Madness of the season and they had a really strong turnout. I hope you like racing, because there is more footage on the way in the days ahead. Thanks for watching!
I went over to my friend’s garage to check on his latest projects. A while back, I did a series of vids on a 1979 Trans Am that he restored and it really turned out great. I thought I’d check in to see what he was up to now. As you can see in the video, Jimmy is currently restoring a 1968 Camaro and a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. The Camaro is going to be a full-on show car, painted in Synergy green. The 1957 Bel Air was in the classic movie, American Grafitti as a background car. Anyway, I’ll be following the progress on both of these restorations as they move forward. I hope you find them interesting, thanks for watching!
