1969 Jaguar E-type Roadster Update – Manns Restoration

We thought you might like a look at this 1969 Jaguar E-type, that is currently being restored at Manns Restoration, in Festus, MO. It’s powered by the DOHC 4.2 Inline Six, equipped with triple SU carbs. The exhaust gases are expelled through a beautiful set of split headers, then back through the full dual exhaust. It has been upgraded to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission for better performance, highway cruising, and fuel economy. This car is also equipped with Jaguar’s fully independent rear suspension, so it should handle like it’s on rails. It’s going to be a beautiful car when it’s completed. We’ll come back and give you another look when it’s ready to hit the road.

Ford 9 inch Setup, Faux Wood Grain Painting, & Metal Fabrication

Our latest video from Manns Restoration in Festus, Missouri. The crew at Manns turns out some of the finest restoration work you’ll find anywhere. In this video, Bernie is setting up a Strange 9 inch Ford rear, that is headed for the Coyote swapped 1963 T-bird. We also looked in on Marty, who was hand crafting a headlight trim ring for the 1936 Cord 810. Then, we caught up with Jarrod, in the upholstery shop. He was busy painting the faux wood grain on the the dashboard of the 1939 Hudson. The attention to detail by everyone at Manns, is second to none. We’ll have updates coming on all of these projects in future videos. We hope you find this interesting, thank you for watching!

1958 Chevrolet Apache Shortbed Stepside Pickup

I thought you’d like a look at this really nice 1958 Chevrolet Apache pickup. It’s a bit of a hot rod, with a later model small block Chevy topped with an Edelbrock intake and 4 BBL Carb, along with a set of long tube headers. Inside, they have added a tilt column, some aftermarket gauges, and some later model seats. It’s riding on white letter tires, mounted on some nice chrome smoothies. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look!
