This is just a short video I threw together for fun. It’s sort of a channel trailer I guess. I just put some interesting clips together from the past few years. We have driven some pretty awesome machines over the years and this is just a small sample. There are a couple of supercharged cars, one turbocharged monster, some drag cars, and more. Even tossed in a clip of Jordan doing some shooting with his Mossberg. Anyway, hopefully you find it interesting…thanks for watching!
I thought you might like a look at this awesome 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429 Tribute, from Passing Lane Motors. This red fastback is powered by a 545 Cubic Inch Ford Shotgun Hemi V8, topped with Jon Kaase Aluminum heads and intake. This beast is pumping over 800 HP through the TKO600 five-speed, back to a 9 inch rear. It’s also equipped with Gateway Classic Mustang Suspension, Baer 4-piston calipers, 13″ drilled and slotted rotors, subframe connectors, custom 3 link suspension with Watts linkage, etc. This is about as nice as it gets. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look!
I thought you might like a look at this custom 1971 Plymouth Barracuda from Manns Restoration in Festus, MO. We plan to do a full video very soon, this is just a preview. It’s powered by a 6.1 Liter Hemi V8, topped with a Magnuson MagnaCharger. This beast is pumping out north of 600 HP. All that power is being funneled through a TR6060 Six-speed manual, back to a Dana 60 Rear. It’s rolling on Billet Specialties aluminum wheels and has Wilwood disc brakes all the way around. This thing has so many custom features, that is would be difficult to list them all here. It has a custom see through hood with similar styling to the original shaker hood scoop, carbon fiber accents, full custom interior, L.E.D. lighting, aftermarket gauges, custom stereo, etc. As you can see in the video, the paint is smooth like glass and the car is just as clean underneath as it is on top. I hope you find it interesting. I never cease to be amazed by the quality of the craftsmanship at Manns. They truly have assembled an amazing team. This particular car just recently received the Builder’s Choice Award at Goodguys Lone Star Nationals in Ft. Worth, Texas. We hope to get this car out on the road for a test drive in the days ahead. Thanks for watching!
I thought you might like a look at this wicked 1948 Fiat Topolino AA/A Altered Alcohol fueled vintage drag car. It’s powered by a massive Brad Anderson Enterprises (BAE) supercharged hemi, backed by a 3 spd manual trans. He had to lift during his run, so it didn’t run anywhere near it’s capability. It’s still awesome to see it in action. This car is owned by Rick Wilson, out of Missouri. I hope you found it interesting, thanks for watching!
Filmed at Gateway Motorsports Park, just outside of St Louis, MO
Special Thanks to Fast Lane Classic Cars for allowing us the use of their cars and to Tom Abbett for helping us out with the driving.
This is a Mega-video for sure. Nearly 15 minutes of awesome muscle cars and pony cars. Fords, Chevys, Buicks, Pontiacs, and Mopars… a little bit of everything in this one. No superchargers or turbos, just big ol’ American V8’s. There is a big 572 Hemi, some Wedge Mopars, Big-block Chevy’s of course, and even a Cleveland headed Ford Windsor. I don’t expect everyone will last the whole 15 minutes, but I do hope you find it interesting. Thanks for watching, we appreciate it!
This is a compilation of some of the awesome cars we’ve test driven over the past couple of years. Some supercharged, some turbocharged, and some just pure all-motor horsepower…no real rhyme or reason to the selections. Just killing some time while we’re kind of snowed in here. Hope you like it, thanks for watching!
