Workout Number 10 – Bench Presses and Deadlifts

This is Workout Number 10 and I’m starting to feel a lot better. I’m just now beginning to feel my strength coming back. In this one I did about 10 sets of the bench press and then about 6 sets of deadlifts. I’m still not lifting anything very impressive, but I am beginning to feel my strength come back. After a month, I’m finally getting a lot less sore between workouts too. I’m anxious to see how the next month goes. I thank you for your support and really do appreciate you watching!
